Mary Evans Jeremy letters consists of twelve letters. The letters are to and from family who are in Wales, Ireland, South Africa, and Utah. She writes about her being a Mormon, seeing Salt Lake City grow from a few homes to a fine large city and the building of three Temples in Utah.

Mary Evans Jeremy was born in Wales (abt. 1823) and married David Jeremy in Wales (May 14, 1850). Mary spoke and wrote in both Welsh and English.
