Biographical History
Levi Edgar Young (1874-1963) graduated from Columbia University and taught at the University of Utah. He served in the Seventy for the LDS church.
Levi Edgar Young was born February 2, 1874 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He married Valeria Erepta Briton June 12, 1907 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Levi earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in history from Columbia University and taught at the University of Utah. He served as one of the seven presidents of the Seventy for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1909 to his death in 1963.
