General
During a search in October 2018, the majority of the boxes for this collection could not be found. Some of them may have been dispersed to other collections, including MSS 795, which is currently in the 20th Century repository and includes one ledger of the Coalville Co-operative Mercantile Institution minutes, dated 1869-1959, and one stock certificate booklet. The only boxes currentlty connected to this record are three oversize boxes: two for paintings by George Beard, and one for a xylophone owned by George Beard. It was decided to shadow this record from the catalog until the rest of the boxes were located. We might consider updating the catalog record to reflect the actual boxes of this collection if the other boxes or items are never found. Ryan K. Lee, October 16, 2018
