Writes the words used in the ordination of "those who are sent as especial witnesses to all the world" (missionaries); a grand council was held last Wednesday with the Twelve and the seven presidents of the Seventies and the High Councils--one of the most interesting meetings he ever saw; sat in council with the presidency to draft rules for the Lord's House; mentions speaking with Sister Whitney and President Rigdon.
