Public letter to Sally Phelps and the Saints, written in the hand of William Wines Phelps, dated October 27, 1835. States that the Sunday previous they had a large congregation in the House of the Lord, about 1,200 people; Peter Dustin arrived from his mission in Canada; the School of the Prophets will commence as soon as possible and they will begin the study of Hebrew; exhorts the Saints to pray.
