Letter from Sophie and Oscar Elsas to Sigmund and Clara Heilner. David is leaving the Stuttgart business and will eventually lead his family into greater wealth and position than ever imagined. Sanford Joseph Heilner's introduction describes this new business venture and its eventual effect upon the lives of those in David's family. Dated May 10, 1902. Also contains a translation of the letter.
