Typewritten and signed letter, dated 14 March 1887, composed in New York, and addressed to "Mr. Benjamin W. Austin." Adler writes accepting an invitation to become a "non-resident member" of "your Society." The organization is not named. Austin is listed as the "Sec'ty" of the society.
