Zane Grey, Inc. was formed in 1932 in Los Angeles, California. It was formed with the purpose of handling bonds, securities, indebtedness, and other transactions associated with Zane Grey. It acted as Zane Grey's agent and was the means by which his business was managed so as to separate the formal aspects of his work from his personal life.
The original directors of the corporation were Zane Grey, Lina Elise Grey, Romer Grey, Kenneth W. Robertson, and Edwin G. Bowen.
