Scope and Contents

Alan Parks collected personal narratives about disobedient missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.Included are stories of missionaries leaving the mission to participate in sports such as skiing and surfing, missionaries who got caught leaving due to their own stupidity, and variations on a story where the maid mixes up letters to send to the mission president, tipping him off. Project was written for an English 391 class taught at Brigham Young University during Fall semester 1989.
