Scope and Contents

Deed of property that describes the succession of the Picenardi land. The document names Nicolai Sfondrati as the administrator of the property. The property was transferred to Nicolai Sfondrati from Ferdinand and the Gonzaga family of Mantua. The Gonzaga family members listed are the Cardinals, Julius and Fedena. The deed stipulates that the land is to be freed and succeeded to Nicolai Sfondrati by Augustus, the brother of Christopher Ragozbla and Julius, the brother of Guiel Mumdaballi in 1563.
