[Claus Spreckels home on Van Ness Ave.], 1906 April
Scope and Contents
This is the large home of Claus Spreckels that was damaged by the fire. There is a damaged column that has fallen on the right side of the building on the sidewalk, beside a telephone pole. There is a wide staircase leading into the house on the left and an ornate metal fence surrounding the building.

Open for public research. Proofs of the negatives and original photographs are kept in cold storage and access requires 24 hours advance notice.
Gelatin dry plate negatives are restricted.

Permission to publish material from the Edith Irvine Photograph Collection must be obtained from the Reference Supervisor, L. Tom Perry Special Collections, and the L. Tom Perry Board of Curators.
