Scope and Contents

Legal decree made by Filipi de Psico of Cremona in 1504. Lazaro Albanesio served as witness and testimony to the ownership and dominion of Stefano Picenardi over land in Cremona. This ownership is under penalty and obligation of the law. The penalty was formed by notaries Fernandus and Filippis; they are credited with the legal solution for Stefano Picenardi. Decree was notarized by Zufuaedinus de Donaris, public hand, and witnessed by Nicolaus de Donaris. Additionally, Nicolaus de Donaris of Cremona notarized the document.
