Submitted by BYU student Judi McConkie for her Summer 1969 English 391 class. About the humor of children in remedial summer reading classes. Contains a cover essay, list of informants, and the children's items. Items include riddles such as Why is a Cook Mean? What does a Ghost Drink? the Difference between a hill and a pill? many more riddles, and off-color jokes like What did the Burp say to the Other Burp? and others, jokes such as the three tortoises, the lion's claw, the rabbit in the freezer and more.
