Submitted by BYU student Kathryn Vidmar about BYU cross country team's traditions that keep them unified and cheerful. Contains a cover essay, autobiographical sketch, and informant interviews. Interviews include the spiritual aspects of running, the initiatory benchmark workout, the FHE tryout, chocolate milk, themed runs (bridal, holiday, etc.), and the annual camp. Prepared for her Winter 2011 English 391 class for Dr. Eliason.
