Stefano Picenardi deed, 1494 August 22
Scope and Contents
Deed of the purchase of land by Stefano Picenardi written in 1494 by a Cremona notary. Document written by Bartholomeus de Gassomus, based on the notaries Bartholomeus and Johannus for the lawful dominion of Stefano Picenardi in Cremona. The argument for the property in Cremona is that the property belonged to Leonardo Picenardi by civic hand, and therefore is obligated to Stefano Picenardi.
The document of purchase was notarized in August 1994 by Johannus Franzcheus from the notary college of Cipola in a public court.
