The Brigham Young University honor code : a legacy of faith? / Josh Woolf, 2009
Scope and Contents
This project is a collection of BYU student's attitudes and beliefs about Brigham Young University's Honor Code. The analysis claims that most students have only a superficial understanding of the Honor Code, and that there is some ambiguity in the Honor Code itself. Also includes a copy of the Honor Code. Also gives a history of the Honor Code throughout BYU's history. Claims that there is great misunderstanding between the University and the student level in what is expected of them, because of informal rules that are often ambiguous. Item collection includes interviews with BYU students, both from years past as well as the present. Collected by Josh Woolf, Deirdre Paulsen's ENGL 391 class, Winter 2009. Includes a compact disc.
