A collection of narratives about people that have hiked to the top of Mount Timpanogos in Utah. These stories are told to educate hikers on preparation or warn against potential dangers. The theme of bodily harm that comes from hiking was a focus in these stories, along with the importance of physical well-being. Some of the stories were legends about a particular character that was told to emphasize a particular characteristic. There are 12 narratives in all. Collected by Melody Harrison, Dr. Eric Eliason's ENGL 392 class, Fall 2007.
