Scope and Contents note
This project examines the art of cooking, including the people, recipes and traditions it involves. This 40 item collections contains answers to the following questions: "What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of the cookbook?" "What is your favorite aspect of the cookbook?" "Which are your favorite recipes and why?" and "What is the value of the cookbook to you?" Recipes include: Cha Siu Bau, Chicken Noodle Soup with Homemade Noodles, Chinese Chicken Salad, Fruit Pizza, Artichoke Dip, Hot Artichoke Dip, Island Fried Chicken, Shoyu Chicken, Never-Fail Pie Crust, Oriental Salad, Rhubarb Cobbler, Rhubarb Crisp, Rhubarb Pie, Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp, Rhubarb Upsidedown Cake, Two-Toned Finger Jell-O, Roberta's Caramels, Old Fashioned Vinegar Taffy, and Tortilla Soup.
