This project contains experiences about military life. Analysis paper topics include: "Contribution," "Service Member Story-Tellers," "Military Rites of Passage," and "Change." This 29 item collection contains the following experiences: boot camp first impressions, psychology of boot camp, boot camp terminology, boot camp rigors, missing home, polishing shoes for money, women in the military, dangers of volunteerism, rites of passage, hazing, send off ceremony with horses, pinning ceremonies, and "Shellback" initiation.
