Drostdy Bathurst, South Africa. In 1825 this unfinished Landdrost or Magistrate's home and office was converted into the first Grammar School by the Reverend William Boardman. It is still used as a private residence. Mary, eldest daughter of the Rev. William Boardman, married Wm. J. Earle who operated the Grammar School here in 1832.
