Lundstrom talks about joining the Nurses Cadet Corps with friend, LeRee, and the experiences she had during training and classes. Talks about the USO and other dances, such as Junior Prom. Also talks about the other students in her class. Discusses her feelings when Pearl Harbor was bombed. Recalls being sent to Sawtelle VA Hospital in Los Angeles and the facilities there.
