Scope and Contents

A legal document stipulating the transfer of property belonging to Stefano Picenardi, son of Leonardo Picenardi. The property is a piece of land in Cremona listed as "place of birth", in addition there is the mention of property in Aignan and Mantua. The land was sold from Ottoni Giovannii to Stefano Picenardi. After the transfer, Stefano Picenardi is to have full possession and obligation. Deed was notarized by Bartholmus in a Mantua public court on July 11, 1489.
