Scope and Contents note

Close examines irrational fears of a small group of members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). Close discusses the church's belief that people have been sent to Earth to overcome the weaknesses of mankind, and to become a stronger and more perfected person. Close then analyzes the irrational fears of certain Mormons, while also examining their struggles toward overcoming these fears. Created by Lisa Close while enrolled in Jacqueline Thursby's English 667 class during winter semester of 2003.
