School days / Wendy M. Jones, 1991
Scope and Contents note
Jones examines the popular childhood memories from various adults pertaining to their school experiences. Jones has then separated such fond folkloric stories into categories, including: school transportation, discipline, prayer, uniforms, playing hooky, pranks, recess, jump rope rhymes and tricking the teacher. Jones also analyzes, through her own feelings, the emotional connection one has to hearing the childhood school memories of others. Created by Wendy M. Jones while enrolled in English 391 during fall semester of 1991.
