Stefano Picenardi deed, 1489
Scope and Contents
Deed of the sale of land and property to Stefano Picenardi. Deed entails the request of Stefano to repurchase land in Cremona in 1481. The deed was then notarized by three notaries for approval: Hioronymus Crassum, Jacommus, and Raynaldus in 1509 in the Cremona court. The deed also entails an argument as to why the Picenardi family should regain the land along with plans to evict the current tenant.
