Harrison compares and contrasts the changing face of role models and heroes in American society with the admiration given to General Authorities of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by the church's members. In addition, the nature of celebrity itself, is examined, particularly in relation to the diverging groups of Hollywood stars, professional athletes and General Authorities. Created by Chad Harrison while enrolled in Jill Rudy's English 391 course during fall semester of 2005.
