Biographical History

David Waldemar Lyon (1928-2012) was an electrical engineer in Utah.

David Waldemar Lyon was born July 9, 1928 in Salt Lake City, Utah to T. Edgar Lyon and Hermana Forsberg, one of six sons. He graduated from Granite High School and earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of Utah. While attending the university, he met Lois Taylor, and they married August 1, 1950 in the Salt Lake Temple. They had eight children. For his career David co-owned and managed Wasatch Electric. Lois passed away October 5, 1982. After Lois's passing David met and married Margene Douglas on September 22, 1984. David died from cancer on December 8, 2012, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
