Barrus analyzes personal narratives about alien encounters or experiences with Unidentified Flying Objects. Discusses the idea of government conspiracy to cover up evidence of aliens and UFOs. Describes the opinion held by some that aliens created human beings or helped them to advance as a species. Identifies common elements in alien encounter or abduction stories. Created by Julia Barrus while she was enrolled in Jill Terry Rudy's English 391 class during Winter Semester 2003.
