Materials contain a handwritten memoir of Ishbel M. Harker describing her service in the British Women's Royal Navy (W.R.N.S.). Describes her work as a "reader" in the mansion of the Duke of Bedford, where the German and Japanese codes were broken. A photograph of Harker in uniform also included. Dated 2000.
