Materials contain a personal history written by F. Elmer Foutz in 1988. Foutz served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II and the Korean War from 1942 until his retirement some time during the Korean War. History describes his experiences serving in the Utah National Guard, serving at Biggs Field in Texas, attending Officer's Candidate School, serving at Pratt Army Air Field in Kansas, and serving in the North Dakota National Guard. Also discusses combat in Korea and his service in Japan. Dated 1988.
