Material contains a transcribed interview with Walter M. Farmer conducted by Roan A. McClure. The interview discusses how Farmer served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War from 1953 to 1956 and achieved the rank of IC2. There is also a compact discs with pictures on it. He describes the pictures from his service and pictures of ships, scenery, and the other men. He tells of joining the Methodist church during the war and joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints after he returned home. Talks about how much he admired the Protestant Chaplain during the war and the church services he attended overseas, his discontent with the Catholic church, and touring Europe with other Army men. Dated approximately 2001.
