Scope and Contents

File contains materials relating to King Smith Udall's service in the U.S. Army Infantry during World War II. Materials include a pamphlet prepared for his funeral service which includes letters written by him to his family during the war, letters of condolence from the Church Presidency, as well as comments from his commanding officers, army comrades, and family friends. Also contains a copy of a sermon Udall gave while serving as a missionary in South Africa before the war. Dated approximately 1944.
