Material contain the personal information form and Saints at War Participant Information Sheet for Ralph Albiston, as well as an account of creating a sacrament with other Latter-day Saint crewmen created. Describes finding 23 other Latter-Day Saint crewmen on board, creating their own set of sacrament cups out of used shells that had been polished and silver plated, and using it until the end of the war. A photograph of the sacrament tray from Ensign article is also included. Dated 1998-2005.
