Scope and Contents

Compilation of handwritten notes, newspaper clippings, correspondence, and membership cards. Interesting items include an official membership card of the Sons and Daughters of the Pioneers and Indian War Veterans of the State of Utah and a letter from cousin William H. Streeper, Jr. informing him of Mary Streeper's (Hugh's aunt's) death. Also included is a 1932 Salt Lake Tribune newspaper clipping picture of a sad man alone in a room with the caption altered by hand to read, "His first Christmas Eve at home alone." Material dated 1914-1932.
