Materials contain two copies of a memoir by William Everett Conrad describing his service in the U.S. Navy during World War II aboard the U.S.S. Brown and U.S.S. Bennion. Memoir describes going through a typhoon and experiencing several kamikaze attacks. Also includes a history of the U.S.S. Brown and photocopied photographs. Dated 1942-1946, approximately 2002.
