Folder contains newspaper clippings, press releases, correspondence, congressional records, maps, and a work plan from 1959 to 1964 concerning power rate issues of the Upper Colorado River Storage projects in the Western United States, approval of the Blue Creek-Howell Watershed project in Box Elder County, Utah, the Big Wash flood control project in Beaver County, Utah, and chemical testing and diking of Utah Lake in Utah.
