Materials contain a short response to the Saints at War Questionnaire wherein McCoy Williams describes the conditions he lived in during the war, contact he had with his family, and his relationship with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and other Latter-Day Saint servicemen throughout the conflict. Questionnaire relates to Williams' service as a chief inspector at Honolulu Naval Air Station in the U.S. Navy during World War II from 1940-1946. Dated approximately 2001.
