Scope and Contents note

Folders contain reports, correspondence, congressional records, maps, bills, resolutions, and newspaper articles from 1955 to1959 dealing with different water projects in the Western United States. The material provides information about appropriations, legislation and progress concerning the South Davis Counter Water Improvement District in Utah, the Upper Colorado River Storage Project in the Western United States, and the Vernal and Weber Basin water projects in Utah. Also included are brochures and pamphlets from 1955 to1956 endorsing the Upper Colorado River Project in the Western United States.
