Note from Fred W. Lake to Sigmund Heilner. Fred W. Lake, Land Agent offers to try to recover S. A. Heilner land taken over by the Government. Lane's price is one half the property money he reclaims. Sigmund answers him March 30th. Dated March 28, 1906.
