Levi Edgar Young personal journal, 1903 February 28-July 8
Scope and Contents
Kept while Young was president of the Swiss-Austrian Mission. Entries are both handwritten and typed, are often lengthy and detailed, and describe his activities as president and his visits to scenic places in Switzerland and nearby countries. The volume also contains copies of letters sent home, pressed flowers, photo-graphs, lists of missionaries, newspaper clippings, and printed material. Written and printed contents are in both English and German. A photocopy of the pamphlet attached to the inside back cover of the journal is located in box 3, folder 5.
