State of Oregon certificate of water rights, 1888 July 23
Scope and Contents
Certificate signed by Andrew Elliott and S. A. Heilner confirming they have complied with the laws of the United States and local customs rules and regulations, claiming water rights on Mascullagh Creek, fork of the Powder River, for "Milling and Mining purposes." Back of the letter is stamped and signed by the county clerk. Dated July 23, 1888.
