Contains correspondence between Lina Elise Grey and Alvah and Allie James concerning property in Lackawaxen, Pennsylvania and New York while the James' were residing in the Grey house in Lackawaxen. Correspondence refers to selling land and taxes, maintenance of the Lackawaxen property, Lina's affinity to the house and feelings after the passing of her husband and other personal matters dating from 1932 to 1948.
