Promissory note with accompanying transcription. S. A. Heilner of Heilner, Ottenheimer & Co. and E. D. Cohn are among 36 names of people who promise to pay $4000.00 for the purpose of purchasing or assisting in the purchase of depot grounds used by the O.R. & N Railroad Co. for the construction of a depot station for the trains, shops, etc. on land adjacent to Baker City, Oregon. Dated October 21, 1882.
