Includes newspaper articles citing his medals won, different missions his crew participated in, and his honorable discharge. Also includes a list of the dates, destinations, and durations of all his bombing missions. Photographs show his original B-17 crew in front of their plane, the crew at a reunion decades later, and a dollar bill with his complete mission information written on the back. Of note is an included letter from Beverly Morris, a member of Baumgartner's flight crew, written in 1988 thanking Baumgartner for his example, friendship, and courage. Dated 1943-2001.
