Scope and Contents
Looking down on a city scene with destroyed buildings that still have some standing remains and much rubble and bricks in the streets. The building on the extreme right is identified as the Hall of Justice with its damaged steeple. There are groups of people scattered around the street. In the background there is a hill with a few buildings standing on the top. A few ships can be seen in the harbor to the right of the photograph.
