Scope and Contents note
Materials contain papers relating to Nathan H. Warwood's military service as a welder in the U.S. Army during World War II. Includes bound memoir, photocopied photographs, photocopied maps, photocopied military documents, and photocopied newspaper articles. Also contains a compilation of letters that Warwood wrote home while he was in the military. The letters speak of day to day events and his plans for the future. He speaks often of the shops he had built and worked in as he moved around with his unit, and of the shop he would build when he returned home. He includes many photos taken of him, his fellow soldiers, and the places they were. Dated before 2001.
