Letters, 1947
Scope and Contents
Typewritten and signed letter, addressed to Charles Bramley, dated 2 Jan. 1947, and composed on "Punch" stationary. Agnew thanks Bramley for a recent letter and comments on Charles Graves' History of Punch which was completed before the author's death. Agnew states that the work "has to be amended and added to, and this is now being done."
Also included is a newspaper clipping which reproduces a letter sent by Agnew to the "Editor of the Times" requesting information that could be used in the a history of Punch.
