Scope and Contents

Elizabeth Child collected personal narratives from her husband's grandmother, Viola Child. Included are stories of life before modern conveniences, appreciate for modern growth and improvements, the challenges of new technology, and missing the community and people of the past. Project was written for an English 392 class taught at Brigham Young University during Fall semester 1995.
