Scope and Contents
Melanie Westover collected stories from her family members. Included are stories of about a father who mowed his initials into the law every week and painted his garage in a checkerboard pattern, a man proposing to his wife after messing up her hair to see if she'd look good in the morning, and a mother who took her sunday school class to her house one Sunday because she didn't want to miss the World Series. Project was written for an English 392 class taught at Brigham Young University during Winter semester 1995.
