General
Note taped on verso: "Photo # 6335 Date: 1911 Location: Hopi Indian Reservation, possibly Moencopi Related Photos: None Description: Probably a very young Hopi boy. Prior to the 1930s, it was often customary for Indian toddlers to run around naked, especially during hot summer months. Photographer's Notations: Navajo boy Taos 1911 Russell hartman comments: This is definitely not a Navajo boy, based on pueblo-style buildings. It is probably not Taos because there are no other Marble photos taken at that pueblo in far northern New Mexico."
